Refund policy

We take every step to ensure that our customers have the right gear and products to fit their needs.

Sometimes however, needs can change. If that happens we are happy to return products if the following criteria are met.

  • HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD: purchases made between November 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024 will have a return period up to January 12, 2025.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date with original sales receipt.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must have the manufacturer's original packaging, tags, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. This applies to any broken seals that may exist on the product.

If any of the above criteria are not met, Glazer's is unable to issue a full refund and the item(s) will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, up to not accepting the return product(s).

Sales for the following items are non-returnable:

  • Film, Darkroom Papers & Chemistry
  • Ink cartridges
  • Paper (once opened) 
  • Software & memory cards (once opened)
  • Firmware Keys
  • Bulbs
  • Batteries (all types)
  • Special ordered items
  • Printers once inks have been installed
  • Cinema Equipment - including RED, Blackmagic, Canon and Sony
  • Drones
  • Gimbals and Stabilizers
  • External Storage once opened (i.e. SSDs, Hard Drives)
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as the original purchase. Glazer's will issue a check for returns on cash purchases over $250.

If you are on the fence about purchasing a certain product, consider coming in-store for a product demo or renting the item from our Rental Department. If you rent a product and then purchase the same product brand new within 30 days, you can receive a one day rental price off of your purchase total.


Used Equipment

  • Must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as at time of purchase.

  • Used items are covered under Glazer's warranty for 90 days from date of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as the original purchase. Glazer's will issue a check for returns on cash purchases over $250.

Limited Liability

Glazer’s Camera is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Glazer’s Camera is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
